Modalità del trattamento Il trattamento dei dati è realizzato per mezzo delle operazioni indicate all’art. 4 Codice Privacy e all’art. 4 n. 2) GDPR e precisamente: raccolta, registrazione, organizzazione, conservazione, consultazione, elaborazione, modificazione, selezione, estrazione, raffronto, utilizzo, interconnessione, blocco, comunicazione, cancellazione e distruzione dei dati. Il Titolare tratterà i dati per il tempo necessario per adempiere alle finalità di cui sopra e comunque per non oltre 10 anni dalla cessazione del rapporto per le Finalità di Servizio e per non oltre 2 anni dalla raccolta dei dati per le Finalità di Marketing. Accesso ai dati I dati potranno essere resi accessibili per le finalità di cui all’art. 2.A) e 2.B): - a dipendenti e collaboratori del Titolare in Italia e all’estero, nella loro qualità di incaricati e/o responsabili interni del trattamento e/o amministratori di sistema; - a società terze o altri soggetti che svolgono attività in outsourcing per conto del Titolare, nella loro qualità di responsabili esterni del trattamento. Comunicazione dei dati Senza la necessità di un espresso consenso (ex art. 24 lett. a), b), d) Codice Privacy e art. 6 lett. b) e c) GDPR), il Titolare potrà comunicare i dati per le finalità di cui all’art. 2.A) a Organismi di vigilanza, Autorità giudiziarie, a società terze per la prestazione di servizi, nonché a quei soggetti ai quali la comunicazione sia obbligatoria per legge per l’espletamento delle finalità dette. Detti soggetti tratteranno i dati nella loro qualità di autonomi titolari del trattamento. I dati non saranno diffusi. Trasferimento dati I dati sono conservati su server ubicati in Italia ed altre nazioni comunque all’interno dell’Unione Europea. Resta in ogni caso inteso che il Titolare, ove si rendesse necessario, avrà facoltà di spostare i server anche extra-UE. In tal caso, il Titolare assicura sin d’ora che il trasferimento dei dati extra-UE avverrà in conformità alle disposizioni di legge applicabili, previa stipula delle clausole contrattuali standard previste dalla Commissione Europea. Natura del conferimento dei dati e conseguenze del rifiuto di rispondere Il conferimento dei dati per le finalità di cui all’art. 2.A) è obbligatorio. In loro assenza, non potremo garantire i Servizi dell’art. 2.A). Il conferimento dei dati per le finalità di cui all’art. 2.B) è invece facoltativo. Può quindi decidere di non conferire alcun dato o di negare successivamente la possibilità di trattare dati già forniti: in tal caso, non potrà ricevere newsletter, comunicazioni commerciali e materiale pubblicitario inerenti ai Servizi offerti dal Titolare. Continuerà comunque ad avere diritto ai Servizi di cui all’art. 2.A). Iva: 01724650609 (hereinafter "Holder"), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 D.Lgs. 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, "Privacy Code") and art. 13 EU Regulation n.2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") that the data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:

Object of the Treatment

The Holder deals with the following data communicated and acquired both on the occasion of the conclusion of contracts for the services of the Owner, and by means of IT procedures:

Purpose of the treatment

The data are processed:

A) Without the express consent (Article 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett.b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:

- Conclude the contracts for the services of the Owner;
- Fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships;
- Fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as for anti-money laundering);
- Exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to defense in court;

B) Only subject to specific and distinct consent (Article 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Article 7 of the GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes:

- To send by e-mail, mail and / or sms and / or telephone contacts, newsletters and other forms of communication, commercial communications and / or advertising material on products or services offered by the Owner and detection of the degree of satisfaction on the quality of services;
- Send via e-mail, mail and / or sms and / or telephone contacts, newsletters and other forms of communication, commercial and / or promotional communications of third parties.

Types of Data Processed

Navigation Data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation and for the duration of the connection only, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols . This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit therequest to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

The data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing.

The Data Controller will process the data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the Service Finality relationship and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Marketing Purposes.

Access to data

The data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) and 2.B):

- to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in Italy and abroad, in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal managers of the processing and / or system administrators;
- to third party companies or other subjects that carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers.

Data communication

Without the need for express consent (pursuant to Article 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate the data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, to third party companies for the provision of services, as well as to those subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of said purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.

Data transfer

The data are stored on servers located in Italy and other countries, however, within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

Nature of providing data and consequences of refusing to answer

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) is mandatory. In their absence, we can not guarantee the services of the art. 2.A).
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.B) is optional. You can therefore decide not to give any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material concerning the Services offered by the Data Controller. However, you will continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in art. 2.A).

Rights of the interested party

As an interested party, he has the rights set forth in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:
